    I never received my order…

    I order something for someone for Christmas… never got it.. luckily it had insurance on it. Then I emailed you guys. Pretty sure 3 different responses with no solution. I asked if I could just get it shipped fast for Christmas since I waited 3 weeks for the order now. Then they said they were out of stock for 4-6 weeks. Then I asked for a refund and didn’t get a response back.. used to be a big fan. Definitely disappointed I didn’t get my product or receive good customer service. Tried to get this necklace my daughter wanted for Christmas. Now I gotta figure something out
